What to Wear

** The possibility for us to land in a field or right next to a vineyard is very high, so please take this into consideration when selecting your footwear.

** During the tour, you will be getting on and off the aircraft while the helicopter blades are moving so hats and free flowing items such as scarfs may want to be left at home.

Local Food Options

Compliment your wine country experience with the Red Hills Market picnic in the vineyard sensory tasting box. Culinary treats are nestled in a burlap six bottle wine tote designed to heighten your wine tasting experience and arouse your taste buds. Enjoy a selection of artisan cheeses and cured meats, accompanied by flatbread crackers, mustard and jellies served beautifully on the built in custom cutting board. Continue your tasting experience with two European-style sandwiches with pickled vegetables, local hazelnuts, fresh berries and a sweet finale of local chocolates. Completely satiated you can now transform your picnic box into the perfect shipping crate to send home your exquisite Oregon wines.

**If you have any food allergies, please contact us 48hrs in advance so that we can pass your dietary restrictions to the chef.**
